Willson Appraisal is an independent, full service real estate appraisal firm.

We provide real estate appraisals for various purposes to include: pre-sale, desk reviews, field reviews, PMI removal, loan financing, relocation, REO and pre-foreclosure appraisals and appraisals for estate planning. Our clients include lenders, relocation companies, attorneys, buyers, sellers, insurance companies and private individuals. An appraisal can be completed in a variety of formats. We can assist you in determining the format that will best suit your needs.
